You can use the on-line order form from the link below for transmitting all data, including birth data, contact information, and credit card details.  Your information will be sent over a secure server, and thus completely safe.  After entering your credit or debit card information, please also include the three-digit security code (CW2) on the back of your credit card:

Ordering By E-Mail

Indicate which reading you would like. Also provide your place of birth (city, state and country), date and time of birth, and mail to RAKoch108@gmail.com. Please include which issues you would like me to address in the reading.

Send your name, complete mailing address, home phone number, credit card type and number, name as it appears on credit card, and expiration date.

If you prefer, you can send the first two groups of numbers on the credit card via the online form or in an email. Then in a separate email, send the rest of the card numbers and expiration date.

Ordering By Phone

Call 208-853-2014 during business hours Mountain Time. I’m often in consultation, so leave a message with your place of birth (city, state and country), date, and time of birth. Please include your phone number and email address in the message, and be sure to indicate the service that you want. If you are ordering a life reading, indicate which issues, if any, you would like addressed in the reading.
